It helps the paper relax and smooth out beautifully. Our flippin papers are now printed in our studio on a slightly heavier decoupage paper. It still goes beautifully onto your surface just like before, but it's a little less fragile and easier to work with. This means: easier positioning fewer tears with smoothing the same beautiful finished result Apply the same way you always have. Decoupage medium underneath, smooth the paper into place, then seal the top.
