Find Your Perfect Driver Height Available from 30 mm to 50 mm in precise 2 mm steps. The easiest way to start: pick the height you already feel comfortable with, then add one or two lower options for control shots. As a general guide, based on your angle of attack: Hitting up on the ball (+2° and more): 42 mm and higher for maximum launch and carry. Neutral (around 0°): 36 to 42 mm. FAQ Which height should I choose? Start with the height you already play and feel comfortable with, then add one or two lower options for control shots. Why buy more than one height? Because tee height is a tool. A higher tee maximizes carry, a lower tee produces the flat, controlled fairway finder. Practicing both in the sim gives you an extra shot to call on when the course demands it. Will the tether affect my swing or my launch data? No. The lightweight cord lies flat on the mat behind the tee, out of the strike zone and out of the camera’s critical tracking area. You will forget it is there, until it saves your tee. What happens if I hit the tee directly? Nothing. The soft engineering polymer flexes on impact and springs back into shape. It will not damage your club face, and your club will not damage the tee. Does it work with radar-based launch monitors like Trackman? Yes. Radar systems track the ball and club, not colors, so the tee works flawlessly.
