Shaped by the beautiful, exposed landscapes that surround the distillery, The Glenturret 7 Years Old Peat Smoked is the first of our whiskies to feature our peated single malt. A thoughtfully crafted single malt that continues to channel fruitful flavours with glimpses of peat smoke and sea salt. American oak leads the conversation on the palate whilst European oak and refill wood character entwine, together they deliver delicate moments of vanilla and warming spice. The Glenturret 7 Years Old establishes the foundation for our collection of Peat Smoked single malt Scotch whiskies. Tasting Note Sweet VANILLA leads to CITRUS FRUITS and PEAT SMOKE. GINGER and NUTMEG follow with glimpses of SEA SALT and maturing OAK to give a slightly FRUITY and softly PEATED finish. 46% ABV
