The Double Oak is aged in Bourbon and Sherry Casks Official Notes: Nose: Bold with floral notes laced with honey, pears, chocolate, raisin, cinnamon, spices, vanilla and oak. Palate: Robust with warm spicy notes, bouquet of summer fruits, raisins and a smooth texture.
