Underpass Session Saturated IPA - 3.5% This low alcohol easy-drinking Micro IPA is a testament that great flavour can fly well under 5%. Head Brewer Matt Lyons fuelled the flavour up in this beer with heaps of Superdelic and Vera hops. Bursting with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus candy, and fresh berries. The artwork by local artist Don Corbett is inspired by a local legend that during the testing of the Iroquois engines scheduled to power the Avro Arrow, a test pilot in a CF-103 Sabrejet flew from Malton to Parry Sound for an Underpass of the CPR Trestle. This unconfirmed story inspired Don's depiction of the risky maneuver.
