Spelt & Wholewheat Sourdough e800g

This loaf is a variation of our ‘Supreme Champion’ award winning Spelt Sourdough. We have replaced the white wheat with wholewheat, making it a more nutritious and flavoursome loaf. Slightly more sour than our usual loaf, it is full of flavour and makes a mean slice of toast (or so we’ve been told! Ours has never made it that far)
