Wolf Fish Fillets
If at any point you intend to make a fish and chips or marinade a beautiful piece of white fish, you must, must give Wolf fish a go. Very meaty, like monkfish, but with a sweeter flavour. We carve these fillets off 2-2.5kg fish so you get a beautiful long fillet to use however you want. Caught in the North Sea around the Shetlands.
