Kilkenny, Ireland This retreat over the May Bank Holiday, is a time to rest and restore in the wonderful surroundings of WHAT’S IT ABOUT? It’s an all women retreat, creating a safe circle for sharing and healing. Find your balance of Yin and Yang, with structured Qi Gong, Acupressure and Cooking classes with flowing time for fireside chats, cleansing saunas, cold plunges and mantra under the stars. We will learn how to encourage and nurture the feminine passionate energy within us. All accommodation is shared with all rooms en suite. The Cooking Classes, Self Shiatsu Acupressure and Qi Gong sessions can effortlessly improve all areas of female health, bringing a balance between passionate Fire and flowing Water.
