How to Personalize Choose your design from the dropdown, Design 1 through Design 6 (see product images for each option). Choose your placement: centered on the board, or the bottom right corner. Enter your family name in the Name field on the product page, for example "The Johnsons." If your design includes a date, enter the year in the Year field, for example "1998." It engraves as "Est. 1998." If you selected Design 1, also enter your street address, plus your town and state, in the fields provided.
