Antique Mahogany Wardrobe

A late 19th Century antique mahogany wardrobe. Also known as a combination wardrobe or compactum likely dating from the late Victorian or Edwardian era, circa 1900. It features a central oval mirror over a bank of three drawers with original turned knobs, flanked by two narrow cupboards with hanging space, each fronted by a panelled door embellished with hand-made carvings. Above rests a cornice of plain angular design and beneath a simple continuous plinth. Signs of wear and tear commensurate with age. A good value practical antique.
