Why plantlets need help Inside the flask, a plantlet has everything done for it: constant humidity, a sterile environment and a ready supply of nutrients in the culture gel. The moment it comes out, all three disappear at once. Delicate leaves lose water quickly in drier air, the roots meet soil microbes for the first time, and any agar left clinging to them becomes a free meal for bacteria and mould. Most tissue culture failures happen right here, in the first few weeks. How X-Vitro helps Cleans up residual agar - washing in the solution helps lift stubborn culture gel from the roots, removing the main food source for rot-causing microbes. Suppresses bacteria and fungi - giving freshly deflasked plantlets breathing room while their natural defences catch up. Feeds the transition - a gentle nutrient charge supports new root growth as the plant switches from gel to potting medium, helping it establish faster and with fewer losses.
