By prioritising energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and reduced operational costs, passive homes are becoming a key part of delivering sustainable housing. This session will explore the fundamentals of passive residential design, showcase successful projects, and examine how surveyors can support clients in meeting increasingly ambitious performance standards.
