This organic Koroneiki comes from certified organic groves in the Central Valley, where hot days and cool nights coax an intensity out of this small, tenacious fruit that few varieties can match. A highly prized, sought after olive varietal, this California-grown organic Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil is on the more herbaceous side of all of our oils with flavors of fresh-cut grass and green almond on the nose, with notes of artichoke and green banana. It ends with a medium peppery finish.
