SWP Ethiopia
This Ethiopian blend offers vibrant notes of blueberry, mango, and floral jasmine, with layers of black liquorice, maple syrup, and strawberry and a smooth, wine-like finish. Grown in the south-central mountains of Ethiopia, these natural-processed coffees are dried with the fruit surrounding the beans, developing bright berry notes and a complex flavour. Triple hand-sorted for a cleaner, higher-quality cup, the blend is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, preserving its distinctive fruit-forward character without the caffeine.
