ROPE FLOW WORKSHOP I'm coming to Scotland!! Develop your Rope Flow practice in-person. SUNDAY OCTOBER 4th LEVEL 1* - 10am-12pm (Complete Beginners) This is for those who have never done Rope Flow before or are very new to it and want to be taken through the basics with proper instruction. LEVEL 2 - 12:15pm-2pm (Can Dragon Roll on Both Sides and Matador) We will be going over patterns that build from Level 1 - Sneaks, Ace, Home Run, Dragon Roll progressions, travelling drills.
