You will find that it provides a sacred and loving knowledge base that works well with many other healing modalities. The class will include info on: The history of Reiki The human energy system Grounding & Breathing How to offer Reiki to yourself, others seated, others reclined Plenty of time to practice You will receive a training manual, all Level I attunements, and a certificate of completion. Class minimum of 2; maximum is 6 If you have previously taken Reiki I with me you are welcome to attend as a refresher at half price.
