Ample, harmonious and luscious with a lively and spicy finish. Situated on steep slopes and facing South, this Grand Cru overlooks the village of Riquewihr. Well regarded since the Middle Ages, the etymology of this terroir comes from the words “Schoenen berge” = beautiful mountain or “schöenenberg” = beautiful castle.
