Set the quantity: Enter the number of finished banners you are ordering. If multiple banners need different names, wording, photos, or logos, clearly identify which information belongs to each banner in your notes and uploaded filenames. Enter the school name: In “School Name,” type the school or organization name exactly as it should appear. Enter the school colors: In “School Colors,” list the primary and accent colors we should use. Enter the main heading: In “Main Heading,” provide the honoree’s name or the wording that should receive the most emphasis. Add a secondary heading: Use “Secondary Heading” for supporting wording such as “In Loving Memory,” a title, class year, or years of service. Leave it blank if the design does not need a secondary line. Add a tagline or message: In “Tagline or Message,” enter the remembrance message, quotation, or supporting phrase you want included. Leave it blank if no additional message is needed. Add design instructions: Use “Additional Design Notes” for special requests involving wording, colors, layout, or photo and logo placement. Add any remaining details: Use “Notes for Designer” for information not covered above, such as dates, position, class year, achievements, awards, or other recognition details. Enter the target delivery date: In “Target Delivery Date,” enter your preferred in-hand date. This is a requested date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production begins after proof approval, and shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. Rename and upload the files: Before uploading, rename each file so the designer can identify the honoree, school, or banner it belongs to. Upload the photo, school logo, mascot, or supporting artwork through “Drag & Drop your files or Browse.” Review the order: Confirm the size, quantity, names, dates, colors, headings, message, notes, target date, and uploaded files before adding the product to your cart. Approve the proof: We will email a digital proof within 1–3 business days*, Monday through Friday. Review all names, dates, wording, colors, photos, logos, and layout carefully. Printing will not begin until the proof is approved. Production: After proof approval, the banner normally prints and ships within 2–3 business days. *Proof turnaround times may be longer during peak seasons.
