It features bright lemon, fresh mint, delicate herbal notes, and a silky structure with subtle umami depth. As it cools, new fruit layers emerge, offering a fresh discovery with each sip. ABOUT THE COFFEE Wilder Lazo is a veterinarian specialized in livestock farming. His processing philosophy aims to preserve the coffee’s intrinsic character through carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation and meticulous cherry selection. This Marageisha is a varietal discovered and developed by Wilder himself. While cultivating both Geisha and Maragogype, he noticed several trees producing exceptionally large beans with a cup profile closer to Geisha than Maragogype. Fascinated by their potential, he collected the seeds and propagated them into what is now known as his own Marageisha selection.
