FARM Organic fruit from Toolamba (Yorta Yorta Country). The last harvest before the vineyard was ripped out. GRAPES 100% Grenache. Wild fermented. Zero additions. Zero sulphur. Unfined. Unfiltered. 12% Alc/vol. FIELD Wild fermented on a hillside without power. Barrel-aged on full lees for two years. One lovely barrel, hand-bottled by gravity. TASTING Cooked red pepper, savoury mineral hit, berry leaf, forest floor, umeboshi. The dark side. Midnight, not daylight.
