In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. As the host, you are responsible for inviting guests and sending us the final count and designs 2 weeks before the event. This allows for shipping of supplies and creation of your project to ensure the event can occur in a timely manner. The final balance is due within 24 hours after giving final count. It will be sent by email. Please understand that we are a small business and all our supplies for the projects are ordered and prepped the moment we receive the deposit/design is decided, therefore it is crucial we receive payment in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding & supporting our small business! If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand things happen and can try to find a new date. You may arrive 15 minutes prior to setup and bring in additional snacks, drinks, decorations, etc. You have the space for 2 hours for Wood Stain/Paint Project, Pillow Parties or Woodscape Project. Two large Cheese pizzas (double cut) from Papa Gino's are provided. If you would like to add additional pizzas, they are $18 each. We have a water dispenser that you can use. We encourage a DROP-OFF event so the kids can relax and have fun. Birthday parents can stay. There is a Starbucks, Target and TJ Maxx nearby to keep other parents busy ;-) We understand if kids are younger, parents may need to stay, we advise one parent per child due to space.
