Drill holes in the newel posts. 2. Dry-fit each bar before applying epoxy to make sure it's level and fits well. 3. Insert one end deep into the hole. 4. Fit the opposite end in the opposing hole. 5. After this test, remove the balusters, inject epoxy into the holes. 6. Reinsert the bars. 7. Clean excess epoxy off bars and post immediately.
