It is suitable for cover performances, vocal covers, and YouTube uploads where the final video features newly recorded vocals by the licensee or their performers over the provided instrumental. The license is non-exclusive, applies per track, and permits unlimited use of the resulting vocal recording on a single, specified YouTube channel (including re-uploads, edits, and Shorts derived from it). Use on any other channel, including additional channels owned or operated by the licensee, requires a separate license.
