Chrysocolla Arizona, USA Dimensions: 6.0 x 5.5 x 4.2 cm This specimen is a delightful textural experience. Rich green botryoidal chrysocolla with darker, translucent silicified/gemmy chrysocolla makes this specimen surprisingly light. What drew me into this specimen were the darker blue-green material that are noticeably translucent with a vitreous, almost gel-like appearance throughout the matrix, along with varying degrees of light greens to chartreuse. Obtained from an anonymous miner at Tucson 2024, exact locality is unknown with exception to "Arizona".
