Hot water can weaken spandex, causing sagging and deformation. Hand wash with mild/neutral detergent where possible. Gently press and dab stains with a soft brush. Avoid vigorous rubbing to prevent mesh snagging. If machine washing, use a heavy-duty laundry bag and select a short delicate/lingerie cycle. Avoid heavy agitation.
