Roasted for approximately 25–26 minutes, this profile allows the natural sugars in the bean to caramelise gently, preserving clarity and balance. The cup is crisp and clean, with a smooth body, nutty notes and soft chocolate undertones. Bright without sharpness, deep without heaviness.
