Our Strawberry Curd Tart is made with only the freshest local strawberries layered onto a tasty shortbread shell. Vegetarian. Note: This tart must be ordered min. 48 hours in advance of pick up at our Granville Island location. Preserving Fresh Tart Instructions: Curd Tarts are best enjoyed the day of pick up. The tart can be left in the box and refrigerated for up to three days. Do not freeze this tart.
