1.5" Martingale Collar - Rainbow Earsies Richard Skipworth Cartoon This 1.5" Rainbow Earsies martingale collar has ribbon covering over strong black webbing with nickel (silver) coloured hardware. This martingale collar is custom made and designed specifically for a whippet with a 13 inch/ 33cm neck circumference. Our collars are made with care here in New Zealand using quality polypropylene webbing, durable and metal hardware, and either fabric or grosgrain ribbon. They are triple stitched on pressure points for strength to ensure safety.
