This is a remnant piece. The Scuba is a heavy weight fabric featuring a smooth texture, with a low luster sheen on one side and matte on the other side. This smooth textured scuba has a heavy yet delicate fall and is ideal for jacketing, pants, skirts, dresses, tops and bridal wear. We recommend a cool gentle hand wash. *The remnant is sold at a significant discount to the original fabric by reason of it being a small piece, marked or faulty.*
