DESCRIPTION A small batch, triple-distilled single malt from Hinch distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland — one of the inaugural expressions entirely distilled, matured and bottled at the facility, released in 2025. Matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon oak and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Candied orange opens first, followed by warm, spicy notes of ginger. Honey sweetness rounds out the vibrant citrus and spice. Palate: Caramelised sweetness with a crisp, orchard fruit bite — toffee apples and peach syrup. A base note of buttery biscuit carried on a full-bodied mouthfeel. Finish: Lingering citrus and honey notes coat the tongue. IRISH WHISKEY
