The Pleated Platter

A large platter in a deep moss green, with a generously fluted rim that fans out from the centre like soft pleats. The reactive glaze pools and shifts across the surface, catching the light along each ridge and settling darker in the folds. Fine speckles run through the green, giving it a quiet, mineral depth. Wide and flat enough to hold a slow-cooked roast, a rustic tart, or a long spread of fruit, bread and cheese. Made for shared lunches, generous tables, and food worth gathering around.
