Beautiful Linkert M-7 carburetor with very nice original nickel finish. From what we could find, this was used on Indian Sport Scouts from 1933 to 1943. We are not certain if Indian linkert "rules" are the same, this has a two bolt air intake which on a Harley is 1937 and earlier and nickel plating ended about 1940. I know 1" carbs were also used on larger displacement commercial rigs and four cylinder motors. Nickel plating has a nice age to it, the only real downside to the carb are "whack" marks on the bowl which is a common sight. This is a complete carburetor. We will include a new nitrophyl "Rubber Ducky" float with your purchase.
