This is a direct replacement heat deflector for our pellet grills and includes both the sear plate insert and indirect cooking cover. It features our newest El Fuego Trio–style design, making it fully compatible with our wood split basket. This allows you to burn a wood split alongside pellets, enhancing smoke output and delivering a true stick burner flavor—while still maintaining the convenience of a set-it-and-forget-it pellet grill. Made from 1/8'' steel or stainless steel.
