This single origin is a combination of two amazing bourbon aji microlots from members of Los Guacharos built to celebrate this amazing variety. These microlots are around 50-100kg which is often too small to export on their own so together they are able to showcase the relatively newer variety of Bourbon Aji which is an Ethiopian landrace variety which was "discovered" in Bruselas, Huila.
