Renaud Boyer Saint-Romain Blanc
Renaud Boyer has around 5 hectares of vines split across Puligny, Saint-Romain and Beaune, vinifying the wines in his grandfather's old cellar in Meursault. The fruit is grow organically, all vineyard work is done by hand and horse, and the wines are bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur. This is Renaud's Saint-Romain blanc made from a parcel of 80 year old vines grown in chalky-marl soil. An opulent and morish wine with enveloping texture and superb concentration of spicy, exotic fruit.
