Found throughout the park (and on fantastic merchandise, available at all park gift shops) they bring delight to all who see them. Keep an eye out as you explore the parks as you never know where they will pop up next. "Hey there Bottle, looks like people aren't following the Park Rules! Let's show them the penalty!"
