Hiss-y Fit Hot Sauce

The infamous Carolina Reaper – currently the world’s second-hottest pepper after the Pepper X – forms the base for Hiss-y Fit by Fat Cat Gourmet. It’s a furious, flavourful extra-hot sauce that’s also blended with savoury jalapenos and roasted peppers. It starts off punchy and tart-sweet, followed by a garlic-red pepper middle ground and an effervescent bubbling in the mouth, before the Reaper heat takes over.
