Refund policy: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours. Cancellation from 24 hours to 48 hours requires a deduction of 30%. Orders cancelled within 72 hours need to be deducted by 50%. You can't cancel the order after 3 days. Customers who want to would like to look at the finished items before shipping, could not accept full refund if they do not like the items, or the customers have to pay 75% amount of the charge if they won't accept the items. Damaged or miss-shipped items You are eligible for a full refund for damaged or miss-shipped items or you can choose to exchange your item. Sizing or fitting issues Items that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you provided cannot be returned or exchanged. As we are custom made dresses, not in stock dresses, we do not accept returned dresses as we never resell such returned items to other customers.
