The Highland & Island Duo focuses on a perfect balance of texture and flavour for an intimate grazing experience. The Cheese The board features two highly contrasting Scottish cheeses. A sharp, crumbly wedge of island-made Isle of Mull Cheddar is paired with a smooth, creamy round of Highland Fine Cheeses Morangie Brie. The Accompaniments To build the perfect bite, the larder includes crisp Stag Traditional Water Biscuits and a jar of sweet, delicate Rose Cottage Quince Jelly.
