ALFAJORES HAVANNA CHOCOLATE 6x Alfajor is a common name for various forms of desserts elaborated in Spain and South America, which have their origins in the Arab culinary tradition, as also demonstrated by its name, which in Arabic means "stuffing". In Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and other South American countries, Alfajor is made of two biscuits joined by a sweet filling (usually dulce de leche) and generally glazed in chocolate, icing or powdered sugar. The Chocolate ones are filled with Dulce de Leche and covered in pure dark chocolate.
