Each pack contains two skin on fillet portions A dense fish that can be oven roasted We recommend 340g will serve two main courses Patagonian toothfish, otherwise known as Chilean sea bass, is a lovely dense oily fish. It has a great buttery feel with delicate white flakes. It is a resiliant fish that can handle South-East Asian spices. Our Patagonian toothfish come from an MSC-certified fishery on one of the Kerguelen Islands. These cuts are our fillet portions, which tend to be thinner than our fillet steaks.
