Ercol Blonde Pebble Nest of Tables 1809i

An iconic set of Ercol ‘Pebble’ nesting tables, designed by Lucian Ercolani in the 1950s. Beautifully simple and instantly recognisable, this classic design perfectly captures the clean lines, craftsmanship and understated elegance of mid-century British furniture. The organically shaped tops are crafted from solid elm, showcasing the beautiful natural grain and warmth of the timber, while the elegant tapered solid beech legs provide a subtle contrast. The soft, flowing curves give the tables their distinctive ‘pebble’ shape and unmistakable Ercol character. Designed with practicality in mind, the set comprises three individual tables, with the two smaller tables fitting neatly beneath the largest when not in use. They can be arranged together as a sculptural set or separated around a room as occasional, side or coffee tables — making them particularly versatile for modern living. - Excellent restored condition Carefully restored by hand in our workshop and presented in excellent condition, the timber has been sympathetically refinished to bring out its beautiful colour and grain while retaining the warmth and character of the original piece. There may be a few minor polished-in marks and gentle signs of age, as you would expect from vintage furniture.
