Inside Out Beauty is a wellness event designed to inform and inspire you. We have curated a lineup of esteemed experts in their fields with years of experience. Kemi the Therapist (Kemi Omijeh)- MBACP-registered Psychotherapist; Kemi’s work supports children, families and professionals through evidence-based and trauma-informed practice. She’ll be speaking about processing and dealing with workplace microaggressions. If you’ve ever left a meeting feeling small and couldn’t quite explain why, this is for you. Titiolami Bello - Qualified Nutritionist, Hair Coach & Founder of Ori Lifestyle; I’ll be speaking on Heritage Nutrition for Optimal Health, sharing what I’ve learned about eating in a way that actually supports our bodies, not a generic plan that was never built with us in mind. Tasha Masucci - Online Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer & Wellness Entrepreneur; Tasha has built a diverse career centred around physical transformation and holistic wellbeing. She’ll be speaking on building a strong and healthy body for life, not a quick fix, but a real approach to strength that lasts. Hair Care Panel Janet Ezechukwu, Certified Hair Practitioner & Natural Hair Coach; Helping naturalistas fall in love with their hair and build simple, realistic routines that fit their lifestyle, using practical natural and Ayurvedic haircare. Hannah Ekong, Author & Property Educator; She is committed to helping people gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions and build better lives. To close, Janet and Hannah will join me for an honest conversation about Black hair. Both women bring real depth of knowledge and experience to the panel.
