Medium Roast Natural Process Brazil Sul de Minas boasts everything we love about natural processed Brazilian coffee. It's extremely smooth with a creamy body and medium acidity. With its deep flavors of milk chocolate, caramel, and subtle hints of mandarin orange, this is one tasty cup of coffee that can be enjoyed day after day! The Sul de Minas region in Brazil is famous for its top cupping coffee, due to a mild climate, consistent rainfall and ideal geography. Additionally, more than half of the farms in this region are small to medium sized farms, some farming for generations. This top quality lot is grown by dedicated smallholder farmers associated with the Minasul Cooperative.
