Golden, textural Garganega with vibrant citrus energy Orbis’ Garganega comes from two young estate blocks planted on McLaren Vale’s Kurrajong Formation. Raised cordons allow livestock to graze beneath the vines throughout the year as part of the estate’s regenerative farming approach. Picked late in the season, the fruit was firmly pressed and fermented on full solids in stainless steel, with full malolactic fermentation adding texture and softness while preserving freshness. Preserved lemon, honeysuckle, almond meal and lemon thyme lead into lively mandarin, tangelo and nashi pear. Orange blossom lifts the palate while almond cake brings gentle richness through the middle, balanced by bright acidity and a fresh, textural finish.
