Aerocoast Pro Carbon Roller Upgraded Carbon Handle (Replacement Part) Restore your Pro Carbon Roller, or upgrade it. This replacement handle is made from a higher grade carbon fiber than the original, so you get a lighter, stiffer handle without replacing the whole bag. Built as a single solid piece with no joints or moving sections to loosen or wear out. Designed in the USA by professional airline pilots and designers. Upgraded carbon fiber construction, a higher grade than the original handle. One-piece design for a rigid, solid feel with no sections to loosen over time. Anodized aluminum bracket and hardware for extra protection and durability. Direct fit for the Aerocoast Pro Carbon Roller, installed with basic hand tools. Installation Instructions Tool needed: Allen wrench Hold the nut from the inside of the bag and use an Allen wrench to unscrew and remove all 4 screws from the washers. Squeeze the trigger pins to unlock and release the handle. Remove the old handle upward. To insert the new handle, hold it from the top to avoid injury. Squeeze the trigger pins to slide the handle down. Hold each nut from the inside again and use the Allen wrench to put the 4 screws back in. Adjust the release mechanism so the handle locks in the fully up position by setting the set screw properly. Compatibility: Fits the Aerocoast Pro Carbon Roller only.
