Instructions: Paint your T-Shirt on a hard surface with the protective board inside the T-Shirt to prevent the paint from going through to the back. Get your paints, palette and brushes ready. Make sure you have a tub of water ready and a cloth to clean your brushes. Add a few drops of water to the paint to soften it up before you start. When the paint is dry, iron the design on the reverse side, with your iron on the warmest setting for fabric. Your T-Shirt is now ready to wear
