It is the single biggest difference between a smooth cup and a harsh one, and it is the reason this is not the cheapest kava you will find.How to prepare itPlace the powder in a straining bag and steep it in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes. Knead and squeeze the bag to strain the liquid out into the bowl. Recommended ratio: 100g to 1L.Enjoy in moderation. May cause drowsiness.
