Moccamaster KBG 741 Select - Forest Green

Moccamaster KBG 741 Select is one of those brewers that keeps things deliberately simple. No complicated programming, no endless settings — just a reliable way to make consistently good filter coffee. Its strength is temperature stability and repeatability. Water is heated to an appropriate brewing range and distributed across the coffee bed for an even extraction. With good coffee, the result is a clean and balanced cup that preserves sweetness, acidity, and the character of the origin. The Select function lets you switch between a full and half carafe, adjusting the brewing process for smaller batches rather than simply running less water through the same cycle. Finished in Forest Green, this version brings a little more character to a machine that has become a classic of home filter brewing. Technically straightforward, visually distinctive, and built around the things that actually matter in the cup.
