The Diestco Top Slit Powerchair Cover is designed to accommodate hoist lift docking devices with an 8" top slit. The docking device can stay in place through the cover, so the chair goes on and comes off the hoist lift easily. The slit seals with a 2" hook-and-loop closure to prevent leakage. Always secure your cover with bungee cord(s) or another method when transporting on the roadways. The cover is not intended for highway use without a securing device such as rope or bungee cords (not included) over the top of the cover. This reduces excess room under the cover and keeps it from billowing up at high speeds. A cover that flaps excessively at highway speed will have a greatly shortened life, and damage from misuse is not covered under any warranty. What size powerchair cover do I need?Use the Size Finder above to match your chair's make and model to Regular, Tall, Large, Extra Large or Super Size. A few chairs depend on seat height (for example a Regular or Tall choice), and a small number of very large chairs, such as the Jazzy 1650 and Pacesaver Boss 6NS, are too large for any Diestco powerchair cover. How long does it take to get my cover?Each cover is made to order, with a lead time of 3-7 days. Is the top slit cover available in Standard material?No. The Top Slit Powerchair Cover is only available in Diestco's Heavy Duty material. Can I use this cover at highway speed?Only when it is secured over the top with bungee cords or rope (not included).
